AussieAffairs is an independent online review and information platform intended exclusively for persons aged 18 years and older.

AussieAffairs does not create, commission, photograph, film, direct or produce visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. The platform’s content rules prohibit images or videos depicting sexual intercourse, bestiality, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic abuse, simulated sexual activity, or lascivious exhibition of the anus, genitals or pubic area.

User-submitted or profile-related images may contain non-sexually-explicit adult nudity. Based on the nature of the material permitted under our policies, AussieAffairs’ position is that such permitted material is not subject to the recordkeeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A.

All persons depicted in content submitted to AussieAffairs must be at least 18 years old. Uploaders must confirm that they have the necessary copyright, licence, authority and consent to submit and publish the material on AussieAffairs.

AussieAffairs does not permit:

• content depicting or involving anyone under 18;
• actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct;
• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• unlawfully obtained, stolen or copyright-infringing images;
• content whose age, consent or publication rights cannot be reasonably established.

AussieAffairs reserves the right to reject, restrict, temporarily disable or permanently remove any content that may breach these requirements. Any material reasonably believed to fall within the scope of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A will not be published unless all legally required records and compliance measures have first been completed.
