Acceptance and Changes to These Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using AussieAffairs, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

We may amend these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect legal, regulatory, safety, technical, or operational changes. Material changes will be notified through the website or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.

Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use AussieAffairs. By accessing or registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

You must not misrepresent your age, allow a minor to use your account, or bypass or interfere with any age-assurance measure. AussieAffairs may request age or identity verification, restrict access, or close an account where verification cannot be completed or where there is a reasonable safety or compliance concern.

Nature of the Service and No Agency Relationship

AussieAffairs provides a platform for user-generated reviews, discussion, profile information, and related media. AussieAffairs is not an escort agency, booking service, payment processor, employment agency, representative, or agent of any reviewer, escort, advertiser, or other user.

AussieAffairs does not arrange meetings, negotiate services, process payments for services, guarantee availability, verify every identity or claim, or endorse any person or service. Any contact, meeting, transaction, or other interaction arising from information on the platform is undertaken independently and at the users' own risk and must comply with all applicable laws.

Account Registration and Security

Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly notify AussieAffairs of suspected unauthorised access. Users are responsible for activity carried out through their account unless caused by a security failure attributable to AussieAffairs.

Only one account may be created per person unless AussieAffairs gives written permission. Account selling, sharing, automated account creation, and attempts to evade a suspension or ban are prohibited.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for all content they submit. By submitting content, each user represents and warrants that the content is based on a genuine first-hand experience where stated, is accurate to the best of the user's knowledge, is lawful, is not misleading or defamatory, and does not violate another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, image rights, or other legal rights.

Users must retain evidence sufficient to support material factual claims and any permissions, licences, consent, age, or identity assurances connected with submitted media. AussieAffairs may request this evidence and may restrict or remove content if adequate evidence is not supplied.

Users must not submit, request, promote, or facilitate illegal content or illegal activity. This includes child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation or trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, extortion, fraud, impersonation, doxxing, unlawful discrimination, malware, and content that encourages or assists a criminal offence. Content involving a person under 18 is strictly prohibited. Where AussieAffairs becomes aware of suspected illegal content, it may remove or disable access to the content, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate accounts, and report the matter to law-enforcement, child-protection, regulatory, or other competent authorities where required or reasonably appropriate.

Complaint & Takedown Procedure

Any user, person depicted or identified in content, rights holder, authorised representative, or other affected person may report content to info@aussieaffairs.com. Reports concerning a person under 18, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, trafficking, or immediate danger should be clearly marked “URGENT”.

A report should include: (a) the reporter's name and contact details; (b) the exact URL or sufficient information to identify the content; (c) the nature and legal basis of the complaint; (d) supporting evidence; (e) for copyright claims, identification of the protected work and confirmation that the reporter is the owner or authorised representative; and (f) a good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate.

AussieAffairs may temporarily disable content while a complaint is reviewed. We may request further information, notify the uploader, provide a reason for a decision where appropriate, restore content where a complaint is not substantiated, and retain records necessary for legal and safety purposes. Knowingly false, fraudulent, or abusive reports are prohibited.

A user affected by a content or account decision may request an internal review within 14 days by replying to the decision notice or emailing info@aussieaffairs.com with the relevant details. This does not limit any statutory right to complain to a regulator, court, law-enforcement body, or other competent authority.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AussieAffairs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that user content is accurate, complete, current, lawful, or suitable, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AussieAffairs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of the service, user content, third-party links, or interactions between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Users remain responsible for taking reasonable precautions before relying on content or meeting another person. AussieAffairs does not provide legal, medical, health, safety, or professional advice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by EU data protection law (GDPR) and the applicable laws of Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates.

Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their content. By submitting content, users grant AussieAffairs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, moderate, watermark, translate, publish, display, distribute, and make the content available as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the platform.

This licence continues while the content remains on the service and for a reasonable period afterwards in backups, moderation records, legal records, and evidence required to resolve complaints or comply with law. Removal of public content does not require deletion of copies that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Users represent that they have all rights, licences, and consents required to grant this licence. AussieAffairs does not obtain ownership of user content merely because it is submitted to the platform.

AussieAffairs Intellectual Property

Except for user content, the website, software, design, branding, logos, databases, selection and arrangement of content, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to AussieAffairs. Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit these materials except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

Privacy and Electronic Communications

Personal data is handled in accordance with the AussieAffairs Privacy Policy at https://aussieaffairs.com/privacy. Users must not use information obtained through the service for harassment, unlawful marketing, identity theft, surveillance, or any purpose incompatible with the context in which it was provided.

Suspension and Termination

AussieAffairs may restrict features, suspend an account, remove content, or terminate access where a user breaches these Terms, creates legal or safety risk, fails verification, abuses the complaints process, attempts to evade enforcement, or where action is reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the platform.

Users may request account closure by contacting info@aussieaffairs.com. Account closure does not automatically remove content where continued retention or publication is justified by law, legitimate platform purposes, public-interest considerations, or an unresolved complaint, subject to applicable privacy rights.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify AussieAffairs and its operators against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from the user's unlawful content, breach of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by AussieAffairs' own unlawful conduct or negligence.

Standard Provisions

- Severability: If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement between AussieAffairs and Users.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver.
- Force Majeure: AussieAffairs is not liable for outages or interruptions beyond our control.

- Assignment: Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission. AussieAffairs may transfer these Terms as part of a business transfer, restructuring, or change of operator, subject to applicable law.
- Third-Party Rights: Unless expressly stated, no third party has a right to enforce these Terms.
- Headings: Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
- Priority: If these Terms conflict with a specific policy incorporated by reference, the more specific policy applies to that subject.

Acceptable Use Policy

Review Truthfulness

Users must only submit reviews based on their own genuine, first-hand experiences. Fake, misleading, or second-hand reviews are prohibited.

Reviews must distinguish clearly between fact and opinion. Users must not invent dates, services, communications, prices, identities, or events; coordinate fake reviews; accept payment or another benefit for an undisclosed review; or post a review for the purpose of harassment, retaliation, blackmail, or commercial manipulation.

AussieAffairs may request reasonable supporting evidence, redact unnecessary personal information, delay publication during verification, or reject a submission that cannot be assessed safely or fairly.

Photo and Media Submissions

Users may upload media only where they own the copyright or hold an express licence permitting publication on AussieAffairs and have the consent of every identifiable person depicted. The fact that an image appears in a public escort or agency advertisement does not by itself grant permission to copy or republish it on AussieAffairs.

By uploading media, the user represents and warrants that every person depicted was at least 18 years old when the media was created; the media was created and obtained lawfully; publication on AussieAffairs is authorised; the media is not private, stolen, hacked, secretly recorded, manipulated to misidentify a person, or shared without consent; and the user can provide evidence of age, identity, consent, and rights on request.

Permitted media may include lawful adult nudity. Media depicting actual or simulated sexual acts, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic conduct, sexual violence, or a lascivious exhibition of the anus, genitals, or pubic area is prohibited. AussieAffairs may reject, crop, blur, watermark, restrict, or remove media for legal, safety, privacy, quality, or moderation reasons.

Adult Content and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A

AussieAffairs does not produce or commission visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. User-submitted media is restricted as stated above. Each uploader is responsible for maintaining any age, identity, consent, and recordkeeping evidence required by applicable law and for providing it promptly if requested.

Prohibited Content – Underage Material

Users must not upload, request, link to, describe for sexual purposes, or otherwise share content depicting or involving any person under 18. This includes real, altered, generated, or mislabelled material and any attempt to present an adult as a minor or a minor as an adult.

Suspected child sexual abuse material or child exploitation content will be disabled or removed as quickly as reasonably possible, relevant evidence may be preserved, accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated, and reports may be made to the Internet Watch Foundation, law-enforcement, or other competent authorities as appropriate.

Non-Consensual Intimate Images and Privacy

Users must not upload or share intimate, nude, or sexualised media without the depicted adult's consent to publication on AussieAffairs. Consent to create an image, send it privately, or publish it elsewhere does not automatically constitute consent to publication on AussieAffairs.

Threats to publish intimate content, sextortion, revenge pornography, covert imagery, upskirting, manipulated intimate images, deepfakes, and content used to humiliate, coerce, or identify a person unlawfully are prohibited and may be reported to competent authorities.

Defamation Disclaimer

Users are legally responsible for their own statements. Any defamatory or unlawful content may be removed without notice. AussieAffairs disclaims liability for damages resulting from user content.

Users should avoid unnecessary identifying details and must not state allegations of criminality, disease, trafficking, coercion, or other serious misconduct as fact unless they have a lawful basis and reliable evidence. AussieAffairs may edit, withhold, or remove content to reduce legal or safety risk without endorsing or adopting the underlying allegation.

Moderation Powers

AussieAffairs may review, edit for formatting or privacy, delay, reject, restrict, label, hide, or remove reviews or media, and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users and third parties.

Any user or affected person may report a review, profile, account, or media item. Reports and complaints will be assessed under the Complaint and Takedown Procedure above. Moderation is carried out in good faith, but a decision not to remove content does not amount to endorsement, verification, or acceptance of liability for that content.

User Conduct

Users must not:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or targeted attacks.
- Share personal or private details of others.
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts.
- Post spam, self-promotion, or advertisements.

- Attempt to identify, locate, surveil, blackmail, extort, or expose a person through private information.
- Post or solicit non-consensual intimate images, content involving minors, trafficking, exploitation, or illegal services.
- Scrape, harvest, sell, or republish personal data or user content without authority.
- Use bots, malware, automated submissions, vote manipulation, or any method intended to distort rankings, ratings, traffic, or moderation.
- Circumvent access controls, age assurance, rate limits, security measures, suspensions, or bans.
- Use the platform to arrange unlawful conduct or to threaten retaliation over a review or complaint.

Geographic Scope of Reviews

Reviews may relate only to locations currently offered in the AussieAffairs submission form or otherwise approved by AussieAffairs. Supported locations may change from time to time. Content outside the supported geographic scope may be rejected, hidden, or removed.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their conduct and submissions comply with the laws applicable in every relevant location. Availability of a location or category on AussieAffairs does not represent a statement that any particular service or activity is lawful there.
