Eligibility

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the content they submit. By posting reviews or photos, Users confirm that their content is accurate to the best of their knowledge, lawful, and non-defamatory. Users agree to indemnify AussieAffairs against claims arising from their content.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws. Any content depicting or involving minors (persons under 18 years of age), or any other illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal, account suspension or termination, and notification to law enforcement where required

Complaint & Takedown Procedure

Complaints must be submitted to info@aussieaffairs.com. For defamation, copyright, or privacy claims, a formal notice must be provided. AussieAffairs will review and may remove content at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability

AussieAffairs provides the platform 'as is' without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of user content. We disclaim liability for damages or disputes resulting from use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by EU data protection law (GDPR) and the applicable laws of Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates.

Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their content but grant AussieAffairs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and moderate submitted content for platform-related purposes.

Standard Provisions

- Severability: If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement between AussieAffairs and Users.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver.
- Force Majeure: AussieAffairs is not liable for outages or interruptions beyond our control.

Acceptable Use Policy

Review Truthfulness

Users must only submit reviews based on their own genuine, first-hand experiences. Fake, misleading, or second-hand reviews are prohibited.

Photo and Media Submissions

Users may upload photos only if they own the rights or have permission to share them. Photos must not be illegal, obscene, misleading, or infringe third-party rights. AussieAffairs may reject, edit, watermark, or remove media at its discretion.

Prohibited Content – Underage Material

Users must not upload, post, or share any images, videos, or content involving persons under the age of 18. Posting or attempting to post such content is illegal and strictly prohibited. Any such content will be immediately removed, and the user account will be suspended or permanently banned. AussieAffairs reserves the right to report illegal material to the appropriate authorities.

Defamation Disclaimer

Users are legally responsible for their own statements. Any defamatory or unlawful content may be removed without notice. AussieAffairs disclaims liability for damages resulting from user content.

Moderation Powers

AussieAffairs reserves the right to edit, hide, or remove reviews or media at its discretion. Accounts may be suspended or banned for violations. Users cannot report each other’s reviews; all complaints must be directed to AussieAffairs. Moderation decisions are final.

User Conduct

Geographic Scope of Reviews

Reviews may only relate to escorts located in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan and United Arab Emirates. Reviews outside these regions are not permitted and may be removed.
