AussieAffairs is an online review platform where Users can share their personal experiences with escorts located in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan and the United Arab Emirates. Users may submit reviews and, where permitted, photographs or other media. AussieAffairs respects copyright, privacy, consent and personal safety and does not allow Users to publish content they do not have the legal right and necessary permission to share.

This Policy explains how copyright complaints, unauthorised-image requests and reports of other potentially unlawful content can be submitted and reviewed. It applies to reviews, photographs, profile information, comments and other material displayed on AussieAffairs.

Copyright & Content Removal Policy

What content can be reported?

You may report content that you reasonably believe:

Infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
Uses a photograph or other material without the copyright owner's permission.
Shows an identifiable person in an intimate image without their consent to publication on AussieAffairs.
Was obtained unlawfully, stolen, manipulated in a misleading way, or falsely associated with a person.
Contains private personal information, threats, harassment, impersonation, fraud or other unlawful material.
Depicts, sexualises or otherwise involves a person under 18 years old.

Material being publicly available on another website does not automatically mean that it may be copied and republished on AussieAffairs. Copyright permission, the depicted person's consent and the source website's licence or terms may be separate issues.

How can I submit a report?

Send the report to info@aussieaffairs.com with a clear subject line, such as:

Copyright complaint
Unauthorised image removal request
Non-consensual intimate image report
Illegal content report
Review request or counter-notice

Your report should include, where relevant:

Your full name and a working email address.
The exact AussieAffairs page or image URL.
A clear explanation of the concern and the outcome you are requesting.
Evidence that you own the copyright, represent the owner, are the person depicted, or otherwise have authority to submit the report.
Any supporting information that can lawfully be provided, such as the original source, licence terms, correspondence or proof of identity.

Do not email or attach illegal sexual material involving a minor. Provide the relevant page URL and a clear description so that the content can be located without reproducing it.

Copyright complaints

A copyright owner, or a person authorised to act for the owner, may request removal or restriction of material believed to infringe copyright. The notice should identify the protected work, the disputed material, the exact URL and the reason the use is believed to be unauthorised. AussieAffairs may ask for additional evidence or clarification where a complaint is incomplete or ownership cannot be reasonably established.

Illegal content and the Digital Services Act

Where the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), or another applicable notice-and-action law, applies to a report or to the service, AussieAffairs will consider the notice under the relevant requirements. This Policy does not claim that the DSA applies to every complaint, every User or every country in which an escort is reviewed.

A report of illegal content should clearly explain why the content is believed to be illegal, identify the exact location of the content and provide any relevant country, legal rule or supporting evidence known to the reporter.

Unauthorised and non-consensual images

A person shown in an image may request removal where they believe the image was published without their consent, was obtained unlawfully, is falsely associated with them, or violates their privacy or other legal rights. AussieAffairs may request limited information to confirm the person's identity or authority and may provide a more secure method where sensitive documents are required.

Reports involving non-consensual intimate images, coercion, trafficking, credible threats or an immediate risk of harm will be prioritised. AussieAffairs may temporarily hide the content while the report is reviewed.

Content involving minors

Content depicting, sexualising or otherwise involving anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. Reports involving a possible minor will be treated as urgent. AussieAffairs may immediately restrict access, preserve relevant information and report the matter to law enforcement, regulators, hosting providers or other competent bodies where required or appropriate.

What happens after a report?

AussieAffairs will review sufficiently detailed reports in good faith. The existence of a report does not by itself prove that content is unlawful or infringing. Depending on the circumstances, AussieAffairs may:

Ask the reporter or uploader for more information.
Temporarily hide or restrict the content while it is assessed.
Remove, disable, edit, anonymise, age-restrict or geo-block the content.
Add context or correct information where appropriate.
Take no action where the report is unsupported or no violation is established.
Warn, suspend or terminate the responsible User account.
Preserve evidence or refer the matter to a competent authority where required or appropriate.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, AussieAffairs will acknowledge the report and communicate the outcome. Processing times depend on urgency, complexity, the information supplied and any applicable legal requirements.

Counter-notices and review requests

An uploader who believes content was removed or restricted by mistake may request a review. The request should identify the affected content, explain why the decision is believed to be incorrect and provide evidence of ownership, permission, consent or another lawful basis for publication.

Where a formal DMCA counter-notice is relevant, AussieAffairs may request the additional statements and contact details required under United States law. Users should obtain independent legal advice before submitting any formal legal counter-notice.

Repeat violations

AussieAffairs may suspend or terminate Users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly submit unlawful, non-consensual or otherwise prohibited content. A serious single violation may also result in immediate account termination. AussieAffairs may consider the nature and outcome of previous reports rather than relying only on unverified allegations.

False or abusive reports

Reports and review requests must be submitted honestly. AussieAffairs may reject reports that are fraudulent, intended to harass, materially misleading, automated without reasonable review, or repeatedly unsupported. This does not prevent a person from making a good-faith report where they are uncertain about the legal position.

How do we handle personal information in reports?

Information submitted in a report or review request may be used to investigate the matter, contact affected parties, enforce platform rules, comply with law and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Relevant details may be shared with the uploader, complainant, legal advisers, service providers, authorities or courts where necessary and lawful.
