I tried several times to book an appointment with Natalie Jane Parker in Adelaide, but couldn’t get through her screening process, even though I was more than happy to pay a deposit. I completely understand that safety comes first, and every escort has the right to choose her clients. Fair enough. But asking me to send a photo of my ID is where I draw the line. I’m simply not comfortable handing over that kind of personal information just to arrange a booking. Privacy, safety and discretion should work both ways, not just for the lady providing the service. I’ve got no problem with reasonable screening, but surely clients have the right to protect their identity too. I’m not suggesting she should lower her safety standards, but I don’t see why I should have to compromise my own privacy to meet them. At the end of the day, she’s entitled to decide who she sees, and I’m equally entitled to decide what personal information I’m willing to share. Unfortunately, despite several attempts, the appointment never happened.
