Complete waste of time. I booked her and everything was arranged. When I arrived, I messaged her to say I was there. No reply. I waited and then tried calling her. She didn’t answer the phone either. If you change your mind or can’t make the booking, fine, but at least have the basic courtesy to let someone know before they waste their time travelling to you. Very frustrating experience.
