I picked Nina Lane during my trip to Melbourne because she caught my attention. Calling her out was straightforward, and she seemed very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. When the agreed meeting time arrived, I messaged her but received no reply. Over the next ten minutes, I sent another message and then tried calling. She either didn’t answer or simply declined the call. Since I’ve experienced similar situations with other advertisers before, I didn’t see the point in waiting around any longer, so I left. Just in case later I sent one final SMS, but that also went unanswered. Needless to say, it was a huge disappointment. If she couldn’t make the appointment, a simple message would have been enough. I think that’s the minimum level of respect any client deserves. After this experience, I won’t be contacting her again. I gave 2 stars in every category simply because I honestly didn’t know how to rate someone I never actually got to meet. Those ratings are not a reflection of her service, only of the fact that the appointment never happened.
